  1. A huge queue snakes along the wall of a government office and around the corner. Tannie Marietjie, holding a folder, looks weary.

  2. Rassie strolls calmly through the entrance while people in the queue turn and notice him.
  3. A delighted clerk in glasses and a cardigan rushes out from behind the counter holding up a passport toward Rassie.
    • ClerkMr Erasmus! We found your passport.
  4. Rassie looks at the passport in his hand, one eyebrow raised, while the clerk beams behind him.
